Job summary

Swift Computers is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer – L1/L2 to join our client support team in Sydney, NSW, with operations in Adelaide. You will own end-user tickets, configure workstations, and maintain Windows and Microsoft 365 environments while diagnosing hardware and network issues.

Immediate start in a full-time role is required. You will troubleshoot Windows, M365, and peripherals, provide both remote and onsite support, and collaborate with IT staff to ensure high user

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in L1/L2 technical support or desktop engineering.
• Deep technical mastery of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive L1/L2 technical support for enterprise end-users.
• Configure, image, and maintain workstations and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, firmware, and peripheral faults on desktops and laptops.
• Perform provisioning, imaging, patching, and maintenance of devices.
• Troubleshoot networking components including LAN, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP, and VPN access.
• Deliver remote and onsite technical support with fast incident resolution.
• Log and manage support tickets in enterprise ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with system admins and IT managers to ensure reliability.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and user documentation.
