The role covers provisioning, device lifecycle management, and Onsite support for executive events. A strong background in macOS/Windows and basic Linux, plus MDM tools, is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support experience in enterprise environments.
• Level 3 Help Desk/Desktop Support including executive and lab support.
• Experience with macOS, Windows, and basic Linux environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365/O365 administration including Outlook, Intune, and Office apps.
• Experience with MDM platforms such as MobileIron/Intune, Kandji/Iru, or similar.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch technical support for executives and end users in on-site environments.
• Serve as on-site escalation point for complex issues impacting end users, executives, and labs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues across macOS, Windows, and basic Linux systems.
• Support endpoint environments: provisioning, troubleshooting, lifecycle management with Intune, Kandji/Iru, or similar tools.
• Provide hands-on support for lab and production environments, hardware setup and maintenance.
• Maintain conference room technology, Zoom Rooms, displays, and AV equipment.
• Support company-wide meetings, executive presentations, and All Hands events.
• Manage onboarding for new hires: device setup, account provisioning, day-one readiness.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, tracking, and hardware lifecycle management.
• Travel to other Brisbane offices as needed.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate brings strong endpoint management experience, advanced troubleshooting expertise across macOS and Windows environments, and the ability to support both day-to-day operations and high-visibility executive events.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of IT support experience in enterprise environments
• Strong Level 3 Help Desk/Desktop Support experience, including executive support, lab support, and complex troubleshooting
• Experience supporting macOS, Windows, and basic Linux environments
• Experience with Microsoft 365/O365 administration, including Outlook, Intune, and Office applications
• Experience with MDM platforms such as MobileIron/Intune, Kandji/Iru, or similar tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
• AV/conference room support experience
