About the role

As the Hire Senior Coordinator at ConX Hire Brooklyn depot, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our equipment hire business. Based in our Brooklyn Branch, this full-time position involves coordinating the hiring process, providing customer service, and assisting with a variety of general business tasks.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinating the hire process, including booking equipment, preparing and processing paperwork, and managing returns
• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering inquiries, and helping them find the right equipment for their needs
• Assisting with general business operations, such as inventory management, equipment maintenance, and administrative duties
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment
• Embracing a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the evolving needs of the business

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients
