ConX Hire is seeking a Senior Coordinator based in Melbourne to ensure smooth operations at our hire depot. In this full-time role you will coordinate the hiring process, process paperwork, manage returns, and support daily administration.

You will deliver excellent customer service, help clients select the right equipment, assist with inventory and maintenance, and collaborate with the team to keep operations efficient and responsive to client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organised and detail-oriented with good multitasking ability.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or experience with equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with equipment hire or similar service industry.
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to collaborate with the wider team to support operations.
