Job summary

Brooks Hire is an Australian equipment hire provider serving civil and mining sectors. We are seeking an experienced, proactive customer service professional to support our hire processes and ensure equipment is hired and delivered to meet client needs.

You will manage hire requests, prepare contracts, coordinate with Transport, book and invoice hires, and build strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High level of computer literacy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming hire requests and assist clients with their equipment needs.
• Prepare and complete Hire Agreements and Customer Hire Contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the Transport division to ensure timely delivery and pick-up of equipment.
• Book and invoice equipment hires.
• Oversee the movement of hire equipment.
• General administration and reception tasks.
