Job summary

ConX Hire is seeking a Senior Coordinator based in Melbourne to ensure smooth operations at our hire depot. In this full-time role you will coordinate the hiring process, process paperwork, manage returns, and support daily administration.

You will deliver excellent customer service, help clients select the right equipment, assist with inventory and maintenance, and collaborate with the team to keep operations efficient and responsive to client needs.

As the Hire Senior Coordinator at ConX Hire Brooklyn depot, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our equipment hire business. Based in our Brooklyn Branch, this full-time position involves coordinating the hiring process, providing customer service, and assisting with a variety of general business tasks.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating the hire process, including booking equipment, preparing and processing paperwork, and managing returns

Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering inquiries, and helping them find the right equipment for their needs

Assisting with general business operations, such as inventory management, equipment maintenance, and administrative duties

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment

Embracing a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the evolving needs of the business

What we're looking for

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients
