Job summary

ConX Hire is seeking a Hire Coordinator / All rounder based at our Shepparton branch to coordinate the hire process, assist customers and support day-to-day operations.

This full-time role involves booking equipment, processing paperwork, managing returns, inventory, light maintenance, and collaborating with the team to deliver reliable hire solutions and great service.

As the Hire Coordinator / All rounder at ConX Hire, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our equipment hire business. Based in our Shepparton Branch, this full-time position involves coordinating the hiring process, providing customer service, and assisting with a variety of general business tasks including in the yard.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating the hire process, including booking equipment, preparing and processing paperwork, and managing returns

Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering inquiries, and helping them find the right equipment for their needs

Assisting with general business operations, such as inventory management, equipment maintenance, and administrative duties

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment

Embracing a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the evolving needs of the business

What we're looking for

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Basic mechanical knowledge or experience in equipment maintenance and repair

Familiarity with equipment hire or a similar service-oriented industry
