Job summary

Australian Retirement Trust in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Digital to lead discovery and business analysis across complex digital transformation. You will translate strategy into customer-centred, commercially sound solutions and partner with stakeholders across business, technology and vendor teams.

You will shape customer journeys, service designs and requirements while ensuring alignment to the digital vision and benefits.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading business analysis and discovery for complex digital transformation.
Stakeholder engagement skills to influence senior leaders, tech teams and partners.
Strong commercial acumen to assess options, benefits and trade-offs.
Experience mapping customer journeys, service design and digital requirements.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles in digital services.
Experience with agile, iterative or hybrid delivery approaches and tools like Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end discovery and business analysis across digital transformation from concept to implementation.
Facilitate workshops to define requirements and drive decisions.
Develop customer journeys, service blueprints and process models for future-state design.
Evaluate business value, risks and dependencies to support prioritisation.
Partner with design, technology and business teams to deliver customer-centred digital solutions.
Provide leadership and coaching across analysis activities and build capability within the digital function.
