Job summary

Australian Retirement Trust in Brisbane seeks a Project Manager - Digital Transformation to lead a major digital program, shaping how capabilities are delivered and aligning with ART Life’s operating model.

You will drive hands-on planning, governance and agile delivery, partnering with business leaders, technology teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes that enhance member experiences and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing complex digital, technology or business transformation programs within regulated environments.
• Ability to plan, govern, manage finances, mitigate risks and report to executives.
• Strong partnership with vendors, integration teams and delivery commitments.
• Proven capability applying agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage integrated delivery plans, milestones, resources and dependencies.
• Lead governance activities including steering forums, reporting and stage-gate approvals.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, risks and change controls with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Data and Operations.
