Job summary

The role focuses on Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management using AD, Intune, and MECM/SCCM. You will work with ServiceNow and support meeting room tech and end-user devices.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Desktop Support or EUC.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on with Active Directory, Intune and MECM/SCCM.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 EUC support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
• Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Manage incidents via ServiceNow or other IT ticketing tools.
• Coordinate device deployment, upgrades and break/fix activities.
• Assist with endpoint management and security (AD, Intune, MECM/SCCM).
• Maintain asset inventory and documentation.
