Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more IT qualifications from the list are required.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Intune, cloud and on-premises apps.
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL concepts.
• Ability to document all work performed through tickets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onsite and on-call IT desktop support for end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Office apps; manage Edge/Chrome issues.
• Support cloud and local applications; collaborate with app owners as needed.
• Fix application issues, login problems, and software installations.
• Maintain Active Directory, Group Policies, and PowerShell scripts.
