REA Group in Melbourne or Sydney is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Data Mesh Enablement) to drive discovery and strategic data initiatives.

You will lead the Data Mesh Enablement squad voice, partner with Head of Data and engineers, and translate priorities into practical data product roadmaps. This hands-on role focuses on outcomes, collaboration, and delivering value from federated data.

Formación

• 5+ years in Product Management or Product Development with ownership of complex products.
• Strong data-as-a-product understanding including ownership, discoverability and measurable value.
• Experience collaborating with data engineers, software engineers and analytics teams.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, frame problems and run effective workshops.
• Strategic thinker who translates insights into prioritized product opportunities.
• Analytical, outcome-focused prioritisation and value realisation.
• Excellent stakeholder leadership and collaborative, cross-functional influence.
• Adoption and change orientation with practical engagement approaches.
• Commercial and organisational judgement aligned to business goals.
• Collaborative leadership to drive strategic initiatives through influence.

• Partner with stakeholders to understand goals and define valuable, trustworthy data products.
• Manage a portfolio of data product use cases aligned to strategic outcomes.
• Lead discovery for governance, data domain models and data-as-a-product practices.
• Roll out data product discovery approaches, playbooks and templates.
• Develop a long-term, outcome-driven roadmap for the Data Mesh Enablement squad.
• Collaborate with Data Management and delivery teams to support adoption.
• Establish engagement forums and clear communication across diverse stakeholders.
