Job summary

REA Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager within Launchpad, part of the Global Technology group, in Australia. You will lead discovery and strategic initiatives to enable data-as-a-product thinking and federated data operating models across REA’s data platforms.

You will partner with Head of Data, Engineering Manager and squad members to build a long-term roadmap, translate priorities into initiatives, and drive value realisation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management or development roles owning complex products or portfolios.
• Solid understanding of data-as-a-product concepts including ownership, lifecycle and measurable value.
• Experience collaborating with data engineers, software engineers, data management/analytics teams and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and define opportunities across federated data governance and data product lifecycle.
• Develop long-term, outcome-driven roadmaps aligned to REA data strategy and OKRs.
• Create repeatable discovery approaches, templates and playbooks for teams to adopt.
• Balance stakeholder needs with delivery capacity and ensure clear accountability.
