You will coach teams, embed data standards, and drive governance across domains, building trusted data assets that deliver measurable business impact in a federation-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data engineering on modern data platforms, pipelines and data quality practices.
• Solid understanding of data-as-a-product concepts including ownership and governance.
• Experience translating standards into production data products with delivery teams.
• Proven ability to coach, enable and uplift capability in federated environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Data Domain Owners to embed ownership and data health.
• Embed data standards and guardrails to enable delivery and governance.
• Improve data health, observability and issue remediation across domains.
• Coach Data Product Owners in data-as-a-product thinking.
• Uplift data management capability across teams and share best practices.
• Capture signals from data domains and translate into platform feedback.
• Identify cross-domain opportunities to increase enterprise value.
• Track value delivery and progress of data mesh initiatives.
• Maintain linkage between data products and business impact.
