11 11 Systems seeks a senior Solution Architect to collaborate with the account management team, supporting Sales opportunities from RFP definition through workshops to solution design, pricing, and client presentations.

You will design technically viable Managed Services and Cloud solutions, ensuring they are 11:11 supportable and commercially beneficial, while leading customer workshops and contributing to product strategy.

Qualifikationen

• BS Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 5–7 years in a customer-facing technical Sales or Solution Engineering role.
• 7+ years in Solution Architecture in a pre-sales role.
• Proven track record with key customers and partners for hybrid-cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the 'as a Service' cloud marketplace and underlying tech.
• Expert in colocation architecture, design, and best practices.
• Expert in Hybrid Multi-cloud Ecosystems, HCI, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
• Expert in cloud tech: automation, orchestration, cloud management, DevOps, Security.
• Travel is required.
• Legally eligible to work without visa sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Ascertain client IT requirements and map to next-gen data center, network and cloud solutions.
• Assist clients in evaluating IT, networking, and Cloud solutions for workloads.
• Prepare and deliver detailed solution designs and presentations at all levels.
• Provide an in-depth overview of 11:11's technical architecture and product capabilities.
• Be a technology champion by evaluating emerging technologies and trends.
• Lead consultative customer workshops to define IT and cloud strategies.
• Provide feedback into product portfolio and strategic roadmap.
• Account for ROM and detailed estimates for proposed solutions.
• Be a brand ambassador and provide thought leadership in industry groups.
• Maintain knowledge of 11:11 Managed Services portfolio and liaise with departments.
