Job summary

11:11 Systems is seeking a Solution Architect to partner with the account management team to shape opportunities from RFP definition through workshops to solution design, pricing and presentation to customers.

You will design technically viable Managed Services and Cloud solutions, align with 11:11 capabilities, and act as a technology champion while collaborating with internal teams and customers. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years in a customer-facing technical Sales and/or Solution Engineering role.
• Minimum 7+ years of Solution Architecture experience in a commercial pre-sales position.
• Proven track record of establishing strategic relationships with key customers and partners for hybrid-cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the ‘as a Service’ cloud marketplace and underlying technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account management to define and qualify opportunities from RFP through workshops to solution design and pricing.
• Prepare and deliver detailed solution designs and presentations for internal and external stakeholders; showcase 11:11's architecture and product capabilities.
• Lead customer workshops to define broader IT and cloud strategies and capture business requirements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and stay ahead of trends to inform roadmap and portfolio decisions.
• Provide ROM and detailed estimates for proposed solutions and act as a brand ambassador.
