Job summary

Brennan is seeking a senior pre-sales architect to provide technical leadership and consulting to grow Brennan’s customer portfolio across Managed Services, Cloud, Infrastructure, End User Compute, Microsoft 365 and Networking. You will design solutions, engage with clients and Account teams, and articulate value in complex environments.

This role requires strong collaboration, proposal development, and the ability to present to C‑suite level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-sales focussed architecture role within a Service Integrator, Managed Services Provider or Consultancy environment.
• Knowledge designing solutions across Managed Services, Cloud, Infrastructure, End User Compute, Dynamics, Security & Networking.
• Skilled in complex RFP responses and articulating the value of end-to-end solutions to clients.
• Confident presenting complex solutions to customers (up to C‑Suite) with clear, compelling communication.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions across technology areas including Managed Services, Cloud, Infrastructure, End User Compute, Security, Microsoft 365 & Networking.
• Collaborate with Account & BDM teams to engage clients, understand their business, challenges and goals, to design solutions and achieve their outcomes.
• Support our Account and BDM teams to qualify opportunities in line with Brennan’s portfolio of solutions and offerings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to create solutions and proposals that meet customer needs and deliver Brennan’s outcomes.
• Engage across the sales cycle, from initial contact and solution design through negotiation, order finalisation and transition to delivery.
