Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a results-driven channel sales professional in Canberra to improve retention and drive revenue across an established partner base. You will forecast weekly/monthly/quarterly results and promote products to strategic channel partners.

Responsibilities include conducting regular health checks, creating partner talk tracks, guiding calls, training the sales team, and maintaining CRM data quality to support cross-functional improvements and events.

• Improve customer retention and revenue growth for an established customer base.
• Promote the sale of products and services to a portfolio of strategic channel engagement partners with defined metrics.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly consultative reviews and health checks analyzing our needs.
• Maintain high CRM hygiene to ensure data is captured and up to date.
• Guide calls with channel partners to share best practices and promote channel programs.
• Create and deliver training to the sales team, sharing insights and channel value.
• Manage high volumes of customer contacts via phone and email daily.
