Job summary

Concentrix in Sydney seeks an Associate Director, Partner Alliances – ANZ to lead partner-led growth across Australia and New Zealand. You will own partner strategy, shape opportunities, and drive revenue with hyperscalers, CCaaS and enterprise platforms.

This high-impact individual contributor role emphasizes building joint GTM plans, managing senior partner executives, and aligning sales priorities with Concentrix growth objectives across ANZ.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in partner, channel or alliance sales, ideally within a technology services organisation.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding partner sales targets and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong experience in consultative, technology-led sales and winning strategies with clients and partners.
• Demonstrated success selling across multiple technology products and services.
• Deep understanding of the partner sales lifecycle (Sell-With, Sell-Through, referrals, re-sell).
• Strong commercial acumen to create mutual wins for clients, partners and Concentrix.
• Ability to engage in technology conversations with clients and partners and influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner strategy and sales execution across an agreed portfolio of strategic partners.
• Build joint go-to-market strategies and create/measurable opportunities.
• Develop relationships with senior partner executives and C-suite stakeholders.
• Own strategic partner relationships, spanning hyperscalers, CCaaS and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, solution, delivery, marketing, legal and finance teams to build pipelines.
• Develop joint demand-generation campaigns and market activities that create pipeline.
• Lead commercial discussions and partner agreements with Legal and Finance teams.
• Bring partners into complex pursuits and ensure differentiated value propositions.
