Concentrix is establishing a new Partner & Alliances function across ANZ, and we’re looking for an experienced, commercially driven Associate Director, Partner Alliances to lead partner led growth across Australia and New Zealand.

This high-impact sales role turns strategic partnerships into revenue, building joint go-to-market strategies and shaping opportunities with our partner ecosystem to deliver measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive and proven experience in partner, channel or alliance sales in technology services.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding partner sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong consultative, technology-led sales and cross-organisational collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own partner strategy and sales execution across ANZ portfolio.
• Build joint go-to-market strategies and drive opportunities with partners.
• Develop relationships with senior partner executives and client leaders.
• Lead commercial discussions and manage partner arrangements with cross-functional teams.
• Drive partner-led and partner-influenced revenue through the ecosystem.
