Zusammenfassung

CSIRO is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to support mobilisation and delivery of our AI program, helping our people and leaders prepare for, adopt and embed new technologies and ways of working.

Working closely with the AI Program Manager and Digital Portfolio teams, you will establish a fit-for-purpose change management approach across a complex program, assess impacts and coordinate communication, engagement, readiness and learning activities across CSIRO.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or similar experience in a science or technology environment.
• Extensive change management experience within an organisation of comparable size and complexity, ideally supporting digital transformation programs.
• Change management training or accreditation, such as PROSCI.
• Strong analytical and influencing skills with the ability to translate needs into change, communication and learning activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, engaging stakeholders at all levels and producing high-quality materials.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement organisational change management plans for enterprise-wide initiatives including engagement, communication, readiness and development activities.
• Assess and communicate people and organisational impacts of change across the AI program and Digital Portfolio initiatives.
• Partner with AI Program Manager, Chief Digital Officer and other leaders to plan and deliver change activities.
• Build stakeholder relationships and ensure the voice of affected teams is represented in design and implementation.
• Identify dependencies and coordinate sequencing of engagement and readiness activities.
• Support project teams to deliver change activities within agreed timeframes and governance.
