Job summary

Transport For NSW is seeking an experienced change management leader to steer enterprise-scale initiatives across multiple streams. You will partner with executive teams to shape change narratives, coach leaders, and embed adoption across business operations.

Bring formal change management credentials (Prosci preferred) and a strong track record in stakeholder engagement, delivering measurable outcomes, and collaborating across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation.
• Strong track record leading people with measurable improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Formal change management qualifications (Prosci preferred) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and expert advice to deliver effective people change across complex, multi-stream initiatives.
• Think beyond projects and connect change and communications to enterprise priorities and customer outcomes.
• Translate strategy into clear change narratives and communication direction using proven methodologies (Prosci®/ADKAR).
• Lead and develop people, coaching teams to improve performance and delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through reporting, proactive risk management, and data-driven decisions.
• Be onsite at Macquarie Park and other offices for a minimum of 3 days per week.
