Job summary
Transport for NSW is seeking an experienced change management professional to lead planning, delivery and evaluation of change initiatives across major transformation programs. You will drive readiness, adoption and stakeholder engagement while collaborating with project teams and business leaders to embed sustainable change.
You will mentor a team of Change Analysts and Coordinators, apply recognised methodologies, and contribute to change capability development within the Enterprise Change
Qualifications
- Experience delivering change management on technical and non-technical projects within complex environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management across diverse groups.
- Ability to translate complex change concepts into clear, actionable plans and messages.
- Proven leadership of a team of Change Analysts and Change Coordinators.
- Knowledge of recognised change frameworks and practical application in projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, delivery and evaluation of change initiatives across large transformation programs.
- Drive business readiness and adoption, managing impacts across people, processes and systems.
- Engage stakeholders, run workshops and provide trusted change management guidance.
- Monitor progress, risks and outcomes; continuously improve change activities and project results.
