Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Project Change Analyst to support the delivery of people change management across major transformation programs. You will contribute to business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and the embedding of change into daily operations.

You will build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, conduct impact assessments, and develop practical change strategies to minimise disruption and enable successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people change management activities across technical and non-technical projects in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across diverse groups and ability to build relationships.
• Experience contributing to change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, or business readiness activities.
• Strong analytical skills to gather, interpret and report information for decision-making.
• Excellent communication to explain complex information clearly to different audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, collaborate, and adapt to changing environments.
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to learning and capability building in change management.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of people change management initiatives across significant transformation programs and projects within Finance, Technology and Commercial (FTC).
• Contribute to business readiness and adoption by identifying and managing impacts across people, processes, systems, and customer outcomes.
• Support change initiatives to embed change into business operations.
• Work with project and program teams, leaders and change professionals to understand impacts and develop practical change strategies.
• Conduct change impact assessments to identify, analyse and evaluate impacts on people, processes and systems.
• Plan and deliver people change activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, training and readiness initiatives.
