Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a skilled Change Practitioner to support major transformation programs across Finance, Technology and Commercial. You will identify change impacts, engage stakeholders, and develop practical strategies to embed change in business operations.

You will work with project teams and leaders to design communications, training, and readiness activities, ensuring smooth adoption and benefit realization across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting change management activities across multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Ability to identify, analyse and report on change impacts and readiness.
• Strong communication and engagement with diverse stakeholders across levels.

Responsibilities

• Support change initiatives across Finance, Technology and Commercial programs.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and training to enable adoption.
• Analyse current-state, impacts, and readiness to inform change strategies and plans.
• Develop and maintain change documentation, risk registers, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with project teams to embed change into business operations and benefits delivery.
