Job summary

Transport For NSW is seeking a Project Change Specialist to lead and embed change management across major transformation programs. You will drive readiness, engagement and adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working, partnering with project teams and leaders to ensure successful transitions.

You will collaborate across Finance, Technology and Commercial divisions, translate strategies into practical plans, and provide guidance on methodologies, frameworks and tools to build

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering change management activities across technical and non-technical projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management across diverse groups.
• Experience assessing change impacts and developing readiness, engagement and adoption plans.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of people change management initiatives across major programs and projects.
• Drive business readiness and adoption by identifying impacts on people, processes, systems and outcomes.
• Collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to understand change impacts and risks.
• Translate change approaches into actionable plans for engagement, readiness and adoption activities.
• Influence outcomes through stakeholder engagement, workshops and trusted advisory on methodologies and tools.
• Monitor change progress, report risks and outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
