Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a senior change management professional to lead enterprise-scale people change initiatives. You will provide strategic leadership and expert advice across multiple streams, aligning change with enterprise priorities and customer outcomes.

This permanent, full-time role requires people development, coaching, risk management, and data-informed decisions, with a three-day-on-site requirement at Macquarie Park and flexibility to other project locations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale transformational initiatives within complex organisations.
• Experience developing people, setting expectations, providing feedback and improving performance.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and ability to influence on complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and expert advice to deliver people change management across multi-stream initiatives.
• Enable successful change adoption by identifying impacts across people, processes, systems and customer outcomes.
• Connect change and communications to enterprise priorities and customer outcomes.
• Lead and develop teams, coaching and uplifting capability with measurable performance improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through structured reporting, risk management, and data-informed decisions.
