Salexo Consulting is seeking a senior Business Development Manager for industrial products in NSW. Drive growth across the state by building deep client relationships with fabricators, builders and architects, and by delivering tailored aluminium/steel solutions.

You will lead strategic growth initiatives, work cross-functionally with technical, operations and marketing teams, and maintain robust sales forecasting and CRM processes to support a high-performance sales culture.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in business development within aluminium or steel industries.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Experience in market analysis, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with proactive, energetic sales approach.
• Leadership experience or ambition to lead.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities across NSW rural areas in industrial and construction markets.
• Guide pricing strategies, commercial planning and long-term positioning.
• Engage with builders, fabricators and architects to tailor solutions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour for informed decisions.
• Be part of a small sales team and drive results.
• Collaborate with technical, operations and marketing to ensure delivery excellence.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM records and activity reporting.
