Job summary

Enemix is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth in embedded energy networks across Sydney. You will originate opportunities, win takeovers, and close complex commercial deals.

You'll build executive-level relationships with owners corporations, strata managers, and consultants, while translating technical concepts into clear value propositions and guiding long sales cycles through disciplined CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales of complex solutions or services.
• Proven ability to originate new business and navigate multiple stakeholders to contract.
• Background in energy, utilities, infrastructure, embedded networks or strata management.
• Comfort engaging with executives within strata businesses.
• Ability to translate technical/commercial concepts into clear messages for non-technical audiences.
• Genuine interest in solar, EV and storage technologies.

Responsibilities

• Originating and converting embedded network takeovers across Sydney.
• Building relationships with Owners Corporations, strata managers and consultants.
• Engaging early, well before existing contracts expire.
• Building value-led proposals with support from legal and commercial teams.
• Managing a pipeline of long-cycle deals with disciplined CRM tracking.
