Job summary

Enemix, a global battery storage technology leader, seeks a Business Development Manager to open doors across Australia’s microgrid and off-grid sector. This role focuses on shaping solutions early, building trust with customers before paperwork starts, and driving opportunities in remote infrastructure, mining, and critical power.

You’ll leverage an existing network with IPPs, EPCs, consultants or utilities, manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and work with engineers to design BESS and

Qualifications

Track record winning business in microgrids or off-grid / remote power sectors.
Strong technical fluency in BESS and power systems.
Ability to manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Develop opportunities across microgrids, off-grid sites, and remote infrastructure.
Build relationships with IPPs, EPCs, consultants, utilities and site operators.
Analyze customer problems and justify changes with a compelling case.
Collaborate with engineers to design BESS and hybrid solutions.
Lead commercial processes from proposals to negotiation and close.
Be visible in market events and key stakeholder conversations.
