Job summary

Enemix is seeking a Business Development Manager for Australia to open doors in the microgrid and off-grid sectors. You will shape solutions early, build trust with customers, and lead commercial activities from proposals to close in a dynamic market.

You will work with engineers to design BESS and hybrid power options, leveraging an extensive global team. A track record in microgrids and remote power will be valued, as will an active regional network.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling in microgrids, off-grid, or hybrid systems.
• Fluency in BESS and power-systems concepts.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong existing network across IPPs, EPCs, consultants, or utilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities across microgrids, off-grid sites, remote infrastructure, critical power and mining.
• Build relationships with IPPs, EPCs, consultants, utilities and site operators.
• Analyze customer problems and cost drivers to build compelling cases for change.
• Collaborate with engineers to design BESS and hybrid solutions.
• Manage proposals, negotiations and closing activities.
