Job summary

Enemix is seeking a Business Development Manager to open doors across Australia's microgrid and off-grid sectors. You will build relationships with IPPs, EPCs, consultants and site operators while shaping customer solutions before the paperwork even starts.

You’ll lead multi-stakeholder engagements, translate client problems into compelling BESS and hybrid power propositions, and drive deals from proposals to close with support from a global engineering and product team.

Qualifications

Track record of winning business in microgrids, off-grid, hybrid generation or remote power.
Fluency in BESS, power systems, solar and generator integration.
Ability to run long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and win them.
Existing network across IPPs, EPCs, consultants or remote utilities.
Full Australian working rights and a driver's licence.

Responsibilities

Develop opportunities across microgrids, off-grid sites and remote infrastructure.
Build relationships with IPPs, EPCs, consultants, utilities and site operators.
Understand customer problems and economics to shape compelling cases for change.
Collaborate with engineers to design BESS and hybrid power solutions.
Lead the commercial process from proposals through to negotiation and close.
Be visible in the market through events, meetings, and conversations that matter.
