Job summary

Enemix is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in Australia’s microgrid and off-grid market. You will open doors with IPPs, EPCs, consultants and utilities, shaping solutions before the paperwork begins and taking ownership from opportunity to close.

You’ll combine technical fluency with commercial instinct to design BESS and hybrid power options, manage long multi-stakeholder cycles, and build trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven track record winning business in microgrids, off-grid, or remote power.
• Technical fluency in BESS, power systems, solar and generator integration.
• Ability to manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Existing network across IPPs, EPCs, consultants or remote utilities.
• Full Australian working rights and a driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities across microgrids, off-grid sites, remote infrastructure, critical power and mining.
• Build relationships with IPPs, EPCs, consultants, utilities and site operators.
• Understand customer problems and translate into compelling business cases.
• Collaborate with engineers to design BESS and hybrid power solutions.
• Lead commercial activities from proposals through negotiation and close.
• Deliver results with the backing of a global team.
• Increase visibility in the market through events and meetings.
