Zusammenfassung

Enemix is partnering with an Australian renewable energy platform to appoint a Head of Energy Markets & Operations. You will establish the operating capability of the business from day one, owning the full performance of the portfolio across availability, revenue and cost for solar, BESS and hybrid assets across Australia and New Zealand.

The role reports to the CEO and Executive team, working with Development, Energy Markets, Finance and Legal.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in technical asset management and Australian energy markets.
• Hands-on experience optimizing BESS or hybrid assets in merchant markets.
• Practical O&M experience on renewables/storage projects.
• Strong data analytics skills and ability to build models.
• Blend of technical and commercial acumen with stakeholder skills.

Aufgaben

• Own the operational and commercial performance of the portfolio across availability, revenue and cost.
• Lead NEM dispatch, bidding and BESS optimisation strategy.
• Manage O&M contractors and service providers to meet availability, performance guarantees and safety standards.
• Build data tools to guide trading and operating decisions.
• Set up lean operating processes ahead of first assets online.
