Enemix is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth in embedded energy networks across Sydney. You will originate opportunities, win takeovers, and close complex commercial deals.

You'll build executive-level relationships with owners corporations, strata managers, and consultants, while translating technical concepts into clear value propositions and guiding long sales cycles through disciplined CRM.

Formación

• Experience in B2B sales of complex solutions or services.
• Proven ability to originate new business and navigate multiple stakeholders to contract.
• Background in energy, utilities, infrastructure, embedded networks or strata management.
• Comfort engaging with executives within strata businesses.
• Ability to translate technical/commercial concepts into clear messages for non-technical audiences.
• Genuine interest in solar, EV and storage technologies.

Embedded networks are reshaping how residential communities buy and manage energy, and the market is wide open for someone who can build trust and close complex deals.

My client is an established, fast-growing provider of energy and utility services to communities across NSW. They're expanding their sales team and looking for a Business Development Manager to win existing embedded networks over to their platform.

What you'll be doing

• Originating and converting embedded network takeovers across Sydney


• Building relationships with Owners Corporations, strata managers and consultants


• Engaging early, well before existing contracts expire


• Building value-led proposals with support from legal and commercial teams


• Managing a pipeline of long-cycle deals with disciplined CRM tracking

What you'll bring

• A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in long-cycle, complex commercial deals


• Experience originating new business and steering multiple stakeholders through to contract


• Background in energy, utilities, infrastructure, embedded networks or strata management


• Confidence engaging at executive level within strata businesses
