Qualifikationen

• Experience in bid writing or a similar role is essential.
• Proficient with MS Office and Adobe InDesign.
• Ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand tender requirements.
• Strong editing skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Own the response document, writing compliant bid content and ensuring consistency across the proposal.
• Liaise with clients during bid process to gain insights and address queries.
• Analyze client requirements and tailor responses to meet their needs.
• Manage the response document formatting and proofreading to produce high-quality tenders.
• Design graphically pleasing tender documents using corporate templates.
• Collaborate with marketing to maintain brand consistency in all outbound tender documents.
• Build relationships with SMG to incorporate winning scope content into bids and client presentations.
• Assist with allocating work and content to resources as requests come in.
• Maintain and update the content library and bid guides with Bid Manager.
• Assist with marketing collateral development.
• Ensure timely submission of high-quality tenders and track progress for reporting.
