Key tasks include owning the response document, liaising with clients, and coordinating with marketing to ensure brand-consistent bid materials. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness and collaboration.

Formación

• Previous experience in a bid writing role or similar.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite; Excel, PowerPoint and Word; Adobe InDesign.
• Strong editing skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Own the response document, ensuring compliant and compelling bid content.
• Liaise with clients during bid process to gain insights and address queries.
• Analyse client requirements and tailor responses to meet their needs.
• Manage formatting, proofreading, and production of tender responses.
• Design graphically pleasing tenders using corporate templates.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand-consistent documents.
• Assist with content library updates and bid guides.
• Ensure timely submission of high-quality tenders.
• Track progress and report to the Bid Manager.
