Job summary

TTW in Sydney is seeking a Senior Bid Writer to join our office. You will develop high quality tender responses, coordinating with the Business Development hub to ensure compelling, compliant submissions that reflect client needs.

You will own the content, liaise with clients, and work with marketing to keep branding consistent across bids, while improving the content library for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bid writing role or similar.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe InDesign.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the response document from drafting to submission, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and maintain consistency across bids.
• Liaise with clients during bid process to clarify requirements and manage queries.
• Proofread, format and finalize tender responses for timely submission.
• Design tender documents using corporate templates to be visually appealing.
