Programmed is seeking a Bid Writer & Coordinator to turn complex information into clear, persuasive bid content and to bring structure to busy tenders across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll work with the Bid Manager, sales teams and subject matter experts to develop compelling responses, coordinate submissions and build a reusable content library.

This role is suited to an experienced coordinator or developing bid writer looking to expand capabilities across the full proposal lifecycle,

Qualifikationen

• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong organisation with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders and gathering inputs across teams.
• Experience creating professional bid documents and visual content.

Aufgaben

• Draft tailored responses for tenders and proposals.
• Coordinate tender requirements, inputs, deadlines, approvals and documentation.
• Support administration of the Bids Team including systems and templates.
• Prepare formatted bid documents, graphics and presentations.
• Maintain and improve the Knowledge Management Library for bids.
