Job summary

Eaton seeks an experienced Bid Manager to lead end-to-end development of complex, multi-product bids for prefabricated and integrated electrical solutions. You will coordinate inputs from factories, product lines, estimators, and commercial teams to deliver compliant and competitive proposals.

As the central integration point, you will ensure alignment of technical solutions, pricing, and delivery strategies to maximize win probability in large-scale opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of bid management experience in electrical engineering.
• Exposure to prefabrication, modular construction, or integrated systems is desirable.
• Understanding of electrical systems (MV/LV, power distribution, switchgear).
• Familiarity with estimating practices across product lines.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and submission of complex prefab and integrated solution bids.
• Coordinate inputs from multiple factories, product lines, and engineering teams.
• Consolidate estimates into a single cohesive offer with pricing and margins.
• Oversee development of technical documentation, compliance matrices, and commercial submissions.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Architects to develop winning bid strategies.
• Define differentiators for prefabricated and integrated solutions and lead governance processes.
