Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Project Manager – Prefabrication & Integration PMO to join the ANZ Electrical Sector team. The role may be based at various locations across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Engineering Management, Construction Management, or an equivalent discipline.
• At least five years of project management experience in the electrical or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering, including power distribution, control, and power quality products and systems.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders, suppliers, schedules, budgets, quality requirements, and site interfaces.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prefabricated and integrated packaged projects in accordance with the PMO delivery model.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex integrated assemblies including factory-built enclosures, switchrooms, skid-mounted substations, and multi-vendor packages.
• Own client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle as the primary point of accountability.
• Mentor and develop project team members including Project Engineers and Project Coordinators.
• Review contractual obligations, bank guarantees, and compliance requirements to protect Eaton’s position.
