Eaton Group is seeking a Project Manager in Sydney to lead end-to-end delivery of complex prefabricated electrical packages from handover to final acceptance. You will coordinate design engineering, fabrication, testing, logistics and site delivery with internal teams and external partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related engineering field.
• At least five years of project management experience in electrical/ construction.
• Strong understanding of power distribution, control, and quality systems.
• Experience managing customers, schedules, budgets, scope changes, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, SharePoint; SAP experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver prefabricated and integrated packages per PMO Delivery Model.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex electrical assemblies and multi-vendor packages.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, allocate work, and mentor project team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal and third-party teams to ensure alignment.
• Review contractual obligations, time bars, and commercial implications to protect margins.
• Develop detailed baseline schedules and track progress with fortnightly reports.
• Oversee FAT/SAT testing and site commissioning where applicable.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards across all sites.
