Job summary

Eaton seeks a Project Manager – Prefabrication & Integration PMO to join the ANZ Electrical Sector. The role may be based at various locations across Australia and New Zealand and focuses on delivering complex prefabricated and integrated electrical solutions.

You will coordinate design, fabrication, testing, logistics and site delivery to meet client expectations. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage risks to protect margins, and ensure safety and quality across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least five years of project management experience in electrical/construction.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering and power distribution systems.
• Experience delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders, budgets, and schedules.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools (SAP, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for end-to-end delivery of prefabricated and integrated electrical solutions.
• Lead projects from contract handover through final acceptance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners to manage delivery risk and maintain margins.
• Develop and maintain baseline schedules for manufacturing, testing, logistics, and site delivery.
• Oversee change requests, cost impacts, and compliance with contractual obligations.
