Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Project Manager – Prefabrication & Integration PMO to join the ANZ Electrical Sector. The role may be based at various locations across Australia and New Zealand.

You will lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex prefabricated electrical solutions, aligning design, fabrication, testing, logistics and site delivery with commercial commitments and customer expectations. You will own client relationships, manage cross‑functional teams, monitor schedules, and ensure safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Project Management or related field.
• At least five years of project management experience in electrical/construction.
• Proficiency with SAP and common PM tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑stakeholder projects, schedules, budgets and risk.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prefabricated and integrated projects per PMO delivery model.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex assemblies and multi‑vendor packages.
• Own client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including site resources and suppliers.
• Maintain baseline schedules and provide status reports every two weeks.
• Manage change, variations and cost impacts across contracts.
