Eaton is seeking a Project Manager – Prefabrication & Integration PMO to join the ANZ Electrical Sector team. The role encompasses end-to-end delivery of complex prefabricated solutions across Australia and New Zealand, coordinating engineering, fabrication, testing, logistics and site delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain client relationships to ensure on-time, safe, high-quality outcomes aligned with Eaton’s standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum five years’ project management experience in electrical or construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, control, and power quality systems.
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects with budgets and schedules.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office suite.

Aufgaben

• Deliver prefabricated and integrated projects in line with the PMO delivery model.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex assemblies, including switchrooms and skid-mounted substations.
• Own client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor project engineers and coordinators; allocate tasks and manage cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate internal and external engineering, fabrication, and logistics partners.
• Review contracts, schedules, and cost impacts to safeguard project margins.
• Develop baselines, provide status updates, and manage changes and risks.
• Oversee testing, site delivery, and commissioning activities where applicable.
