Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Project Manager – Prefabrication & Integration PMO to join our ANZ Electrical Sector team. The role may be based at various locations across Australia and New Zealand.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex prefabricated and integrated electrical solutions, coordinating design, fabrication, testing, logistics, and site delivery with a focus on safety and quality. You will manage client relationships, mentor project engineers, review contracts, and drive on-time,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Engineering Management, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• At least five years of project management experience in electrical or construction industries.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering including power distribution, control, and power quality.
• Experience delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders, suppliers, schedules, budgets, and site interfaces.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools; familiarity with SAP.
• Leadership, negotiation, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, analytical, safety-focused, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Proven problem-solving capability, sound judgement, and escalation approach.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively; adapt to changing project needs.
• Formal PM qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of prefabricated and integrated electrical solutions from contract handover to final acceptance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design engineering, fabrication, testing, logistics, and site delivery.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships as the primary point of operational accountability.
• Lead and develop project engineers and coordinators; assign work and mentor the team.
• Track schedules, budgets, and change requests; protect project margins and ensure safety and quality.
• Oversee factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing, and commissioning activities where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, bank guarantees, and commercial time bars.
• Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and OEMs; manage external partners.
• Deliver monthly cost-to-complete reviews and weekly revenue/margin forecasting.
