eStore Logistics is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive mid-market and enterprise e‑commerce and retail accounts across Victoria. You will own opportunities from initial approach through to contract close, collaborating with pricing and operations for win-ready proposals.

You’ll lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations, build robust pipelines, and represent the company at industry events to expand our tech-enabled 3PL footprint.

Formación

• 5+ years in B2B and B2C sales.
• Experience in 3PL, freight, supply chain or closely adjacent industry.
• Experience selling into e-commerce, retail or FMCG.
• Comfort leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals and negotiating commercial terms.
• Self-directed, proactive approach to generating your own pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Build and convert a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects in e-commerce, retail and FMCG.
• Lead discovery, solution design, negotiation and contract close with logistics, supply chain and commercial decision-makers.
• Position eStore’s tech-enabled offering against established 3PLs and in-house logistics teams.
• Partner with pricing and operations on deliverable proposals and a clean handover once deals are won.
• Represent eStore at industry events and across the supply chain community.
