Job summary

efm Logistics is expanding its sales team in Australia, seeking a Senior Sales professional to drive new business across the region. You will manage enterprise opportunities from discovery to close, leveraging a strong network and a tailored, end-to-end solution approach within a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams, including implementations, to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers, while maximizing earnings through an uncapped commission scheme.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ work experience in a comparable sales role, logistics and supply chain industry preferred.
• Experience in enterprise sales and managing full business development lifecycle (discovery, pitch, close).
• Proven track record of closing deals, managing complex sales processes and exceeding targets.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities in Australia.
• Develop a multi-sector enterprise pipeline and manage opportunity relationships.
• Ensure efm operating model is understood to tailor solutions for prospective customers.
• Prepare sales pitches, tender documentation, contracts and negotiations.
• Collaborate with implementations to onboard new customers smoothly.
