efm Logistics is expanding its sales team in Australia. We seek a Senior Sales professional to drive new business across Australia, handling discovery, pitches, and closing with an emphasis on enterprise accounts.

Expect a fast-paced culture, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a generous uncapped commission scheme. The candidate will carry a multi-sector pipeline, maintain relationships, and contribute to strategic direction while delivering tangible commercial impact on client

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ work experience in a comparable sales role and in logistics and supply chain management.
• Experience in a fast-paced and complex business environment.
• Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets.
• Leadership capabilities and ability to work autonomously.
• Self-motivated with strong drive to succeed.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to challenge status quo.
• Analytical with strong commercial acumen.
• Confident written and verbal communicator.
• OTE up to $200k with uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors.
• Develop a multi-sector enterprise pipeline and manage opportunities end-to-end.
• Present tailored solutions and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with implementations to onboard new customers smoothly.
