Job summary

efm Logistics is expanding its sales team in Sydney, seeking a high-performing Senior Sales professional to drive national growth and deliver measurable commercial outcomes across customers’ supply chains.

You will own the full business development lifecycle—from discovery and solution design through to pitch, negotiation and close—and thrive in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on enterprise sales and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a comparable sales role within logistics and supply chain.
• Experience in fast-paced, complex business environments.
• Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a multi-sector enterprise pipeline.
• Develop and manage opportunity pipelines and client relationships.
• Coordinate with the Implementation team for smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate/close contracts.
• Provide strategic insights to influence efm's growth strategy.
